UK Postage
Orders are posted in secure packaging using the Royal Mail. We aim to have all orders posted within 3 working days.
We have flat rate postage charges whatever the order size:-
(Please note that postal prices have gone up as of April 2024 in line with the new Royal Mail charges. We do not make money on postage, our charges cover the postage and packaging costs.)
UK 2nd Class - £3.99
UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.45
UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.45
Tracked 24 and 48 have the benefit of full tracking, and an expected delivery time sent directly to your email address.
* Our minimum order value is £6.95, this excludes postage.
* FREE POSTAGE *
A UK order over £60.00 will be posted free of charge, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The postage will be automatically removed when you reach checkout.
Europe and Northern Ireland
Please note that it is now not possible for us to ship to Europe and Northern Ireland. This is due to the new GPSR regulations, if you continue down to the end of this page there are full details.
USA, Canada and Australia Shipping
All parcels will be shipped 'International Tracked', which provides tracking, insurance and is the safest way to send items worldwide. Though this is expensive it will ensure you can track your order at every stage. Delivery to the USA, Canada and Australia is approx. 7 working days. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or other charges specific to your own country.

Further Information
Fortunately we have very few problems with delivery. Once your order is posted it will be the responsibility of the Royal Mail to deliver. We will always collect a 'proof of posting' receipt for every order which can be used should the need to make a claim arise.
Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 15 working days. Please take a look at the Royal Mail website for the most up-to-date information - http://www.royalmail.com/ .

GPSR - EU and Northern Ireland
From the 13th December 2024 the EU introduces new GPSR regulations.
All businesses selling to the EU (including Northern Ireland) will need to appoint an 'EU Responsible Person' who must be an agent based in the EU. Unfortunately appointing an agent comes with a high cost, which as a small business we cannot afford. Any breach of this new law will involve a fine of up to to £20,000. We sincerely hope there will be some amendment to this law in due course.
So, it is with huge regret that we will be unable to ship to the EU and NI at the present time.
