We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, and all orders are carefully packed and sent using Royal Mail.
If you have a preferred InPost locker, please let us know when placing your order. Otherwise, your parcel will be sent to your nearest available locker.
To receive InPost delivery updates, please include your mobile number and email address with your order.
Please note: InPost Locker Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only and is not currently available in Northern Ireland.

Our minimum order value is £6.95 (excluding postage).
Thankfully, delivery problems are very rare.
Every order is sent with proof of posting, and for tracked services you'll also receive tracking updates from Royal Mail.
If your parcel hasn't arrived after the expected delivery time, please allow a little extra time during busy periods before getting in touch.
Royal Mail does not class an item as lost until 15 working days after posting, so unfortunately we are unable to make a claim before then.
