Whether you're placing your first order or you're one of my regular customers, I hope you'll find the answers to your questions below.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
Absolutely not!
Although payments are processed securely through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to place an order.
Simply choose the Pay by Debit or Credit Card option at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
Whether you prefer to pay by card or PayPal, your payment is processed securely.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Every order is carefully packed by hand to make sure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
As soon as your parcel has been posted, Royal Mail takes over the delivery of your order.
How much is UK postage
I've tried to keep UK postage as simple as possible, with flat-rate pricing and FREE delivery on qualifying orders.
? Can you ship outside the UK?
Yes!
I'm delighted to offer shipping to many destinations worldwide, including Europe and the USA.
Because postage costs can vary considerably depending on the destination, I ask overseas customers to contact me before ordering. I'll always provide the fairest possible quotation using a fully tracked and insured service.

All Sunshine Scrapbooking papers are:

?? Designed especially for scrapbookers
?? Available in hundreds of travel, holiday, family and special occasion themes
Most designs are kept in stock, so it's usually possible to order several copies of the same paper.

Sunshine Scrapbooking is a small independent UK business run by me, Colleen.
Every order is packed personally, and I genuinely appreciate every customer who chooses to shop with me.

We post 3 days a week, usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday to ensure there is no delay in you receiving your order.
If there is going to be a delay for example a Bank Holiday, we will display revised posting dates on our 'Home' page.
I would prefer to pay by cheque is that ok? top
Yes, that is absolutely fine, place your order and check out in the normal way, all the details you need will be shown on the information screens. Your order will be posted when your cheque has cleared - usually within 4-5 working days. (Orders paid for by Postal Order will be dispatched within 2 days of receipt.)
Can I pay by credit card? top
All major credit and debit cards are accepted - we use Paypal to securely process all our credit card orders. If you do not have a Paypal account don't worry as you will not need to create an account to use your credit card.
